· Managed medical providers above and below my rank into a cohesive team which led to the treatment and evacuation of more than 1,000 casualties through more than 500 medical evacuations from Afghanistan during a seven month period.
· Generated equipment and service proposals for local purchases and large government contracts. Ensured the execution of year-end army contracts valued at $178,000.
