Supervised 24x7 security operations centers for the White House and other facilities, including alarms, cameras, access-control systems, radios, telephones, and databases.   9 years as first-line supervisor and 5 years as second-line manager; participated in the HR, budget, IT, asset-management and procurement processes. As GS-14 supervisor, ran Chicago Electronic Crimes Task Force, coordinating public and private stakeholders to fight online crime.  Served one year as GS-15 Inspector conducting sensitive internal investigations of alleged employee misconduct.  Final assignment as GS-15 Assistant Special Agent in Charge of Protective Intelligence Division, managing Open Source Branch of 20 people to keep track of online threats to the President.  Created Secret Service deepfake analysis program.
