Host-rvntelevision.com. Breaking Barriers is a live talk show style program with a diverse scope of topics and guests. Examples include Veterans and their business, Veteran Service Organizations, adults/children making a difference in their community and/or overcoming obstacles, health/wellness/safety, and awareness of an array of topics/events. Guest interviews are conducted in studio or via zoom, and last 30 minutes. Breaking Barriers gives viewers education, motivation, and inspiration for their daily life.

Clinical Nursing Instructor-January 2020-present. Clinical nursing instructor for Gwynedd Mercy, Rutgers University & Drexel University in Medical-Surgical, Pediatric, and Critical Care areas.

Gift of Life, March 2007 –June 2007. Transplant Coordinator responsible for evaluating potential organ donors in an ICU setting. Once family consent has been obtained, allocate organs to recipients, medically manage donors, accurate documentation of donor vitals- intake/output/medications, and arrange for transportation of surgeons to the hospital to recover the organs, arrange for operating room time, supervise recovery process in the operating room, & ensure that organs are properly stored and labeled.

Bayada Nurses, June 2006 to March 2007. Nursing supervisor responsible for managing a caseload of 75-80 clients who are receiving either home health aide or nursing services in their home. Responsible for supervising certified home health aides, LPN’s, and RN’s who are caring for clients in their home. Also responsible for teaching and orienting aides and nurses to Bayada policies/procedures. Teacher for ACE class that certifies nurses to care for clients who have tracheostomies and ventilators.
