• Executed training day resources. Managed approximately 5,000 training days and $1million per year, resulting in thousands of vital intelligence products delivered to commanders and operational components.
• Managed 26 compliance programs, all rated highest "effective" category, receiving two coins of excellence in first unit Air Combat Command Operational Readiness Inspection.
• Developed and monitored operating instructions, training, certification, and personnel policies. Facilitated inter- and cross-domain collaboration with sister Air Combat Command Targeting Units and the Air Force Targeting Group.
